Whatever event you are planning, UUCB has lots to offer. We have robust technology capabilities, a professional and well-stocked kitchen, several meeting rooms of various sizes, and flexible seating so you can scale the rooms to your needs.
Meeting Rooms
There are several meeting rooms available on the main floor of the church that can accommodate small to medium sized groups.
The Sanctuary
The church sanctuary has heat, but does not have air conditioning. There are ceiling fans, free standing fans, and air purifiers available, and three of the large stained glass windows can be opened. There are several easily accessible restrooms throughout the building. The sanctuary is accessed by stairs or elevator.
Sanctuary PA System:
The PA system is easily accessed for basic purposes. More complex audio requires the assistance of church tech staff.
Sanctuary Technology:
We have two tv screens at the front of the sanctuary available for showing slideshows, photos, or videos. We have an AV system capable of recording your event and/or broadcasting it via Zoom to remote participants. The cameras cannot be moved, but they are mounted at the front and rear of the sanctuary and can zoom and pan. Accessing this service requires trained church staff.
Parking:
The church does not have a parking lot. There is limited free street parking. Download the Downtown Belfast Parking Map. Parking maps are also available from the Chamber of Commerce if you wish to provide them for your guests.
